What is your typical turnaround time for delivering photos?
Our typical turnaround time for delivering daytime photos is same day. For Twilight photos, turnaround is next day. For more extensive projects like commercial work, virtual tours or cinematic videos, it may take a bit longer, but we always strive to deliver as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.
What are your pricing options?
Pricing is customized based on property size, services needed (e.g., photos, video, virtual tours, staging), and add-ons. Contact us for a personalized quote—we offer competitive packages tailored to real estate agents, Airbnb/VRBO hosts, and commercial clients.
Who owns the copyright and how can I use the photos?
Pickard Photography retains the copyright to all images. You receive a non-exclusive license for marketing use (e.g., MLS listings, websites, social media, advertising) related to the property. How should I prepare my property for the photo shoot?
